KANSAS CITY, MO – A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle in Kansas City’s Northland, KSHB reports.
The accident happened Saturday morning, outside a store located at 600 NE Barry Road. The Kansas City Police Department said a woman had left the store at about 11:31 a.m. when a Ford Escape going toward the store’s front entrance struck her.
The woman, whose name was not immediately released, died at the scene. The driver of the Ford was not injured.
