KANSAS CITY, MO – A two-car crash in Kansas City on Sunday afternoon left five people injured, one critically, police said.
According to KMBC, the driver of a Hyundai Elantra was going east on Gregory Boulevard near Oldham Road when the incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m.
The Hyundai driver crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with a Ford Focus.
Three people in the Hyundai were hospitalized, one juvenile who was critically injured and two adults who were listed in stable condition.
Two juveniles in the Ford were also taken to the hospital, where both were listed in stable condition.
Police are continuing to investigate what caused the wreck.
