KANSAS CITY, MO – Kansas City police and firefighters responded to the scene of a collision involving a city bus on Tuesday afternoon.
WDAF reports the incident involved a Kansas City Area Transportation Authority bus and an SUV.
The two vehicles collided in the area of Chestnut Avenue and 12th Street at about 1:15 p.m. Emergency crews arrived and transported two occupants of the SUV and two people from the bus to an area hospital. None of the injuries were life-threatening.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by Kansas City police.
