KANSAS CITY, MO – Authorities are trying to track down the driver who struck and killed a pedestrian in Kansas City early Thursday morning.
According to a report by WDAF, the incident happened in the area of Gregory Boulevard and Blue Ridge Boulevard near Cave Springs Park sometime before 12:25 a.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrived to find a man in the roadway who was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as 36-year-old Kyle Clary of Grandview.
The driver who hit Clary was reported to have fled the scene in an unknown direction. No description of the vehicle was available.
