News: Driver dies following single-vehicle accident on U.S. 350 in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, MO – The Kansas City Police Department said a driver died in a single-vehicle car accident on Monday night, reports KSHB.

 

Investigators said the driver of a Honda Accord was going east on U.S. 350 at a high rate of speed at about 10 p.m. and lost control of the car.

 

The Accord went off the road to the left, then turned back right and struck a concrete culvert. The vehicle ended up back on the roadway, where the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity was not disclosed. No one else was in the car.
